What would happen to a child abusers son? Would he be immediately put into foster care? Fictional situation?

Im 15, this is for a story Im writing, so its purely fiction. >.< ^_^ OK so basically a teen boy is abused by his uncle who also has a 15-year-old son of his own, and the uncle goes to jail. But I need to know what would realistically happen to the abusers son? Would he be immediately taken away from his home and placed into foster care or would he be able to go and stay with his only remaining family - in this case, the abused teens parents? The abusers son had nothing to do with the abuse and didnt even know about it, so would he or would he not be allowed to stay with his abused cousin? Big thanks.
Answer: Depends on the emotional state of the cousin and how the adults around handle it but I believe it might be in his best interest to be placed in a foster home as it could cause some resentment in this case on the part of the family.

He told his school, his doctor, and a social worker and they didnt do anything about it. Do you know how difficult it is for a six year old to actually tell someone about the abuse due to fear? Yet this six year old told 3 diffrent people and it was also reported by family members and annonimous people and yet he is now dead at the hands of his mothers ex-boyfriend. Who by the way had gone to jail for rape. I feel like we have failed this little boy. Does this story make you literally sick like it does me?
Answer: Yes its sickening to see that no one in authority took care of this poor child ; plus they knew the mother was is sick in the head ; so they should have act swiftly

Will my feelings change towards this little boy? kinda long?

My niece had two kids a two year old daughter and a little boy who turned one on may 4th and my nieces boyfriend(not the babys dad)abused & killed him 3 days after his 1st birthday.Me & my husband & our kids took care of them every time she asked us.About 2months before the baby died she would only bring the girl over saying the two were always fighting so we would keep the little girl for 3-4 days.Rumors started going around that the baby boy was being abused.so i straight up asked her if he was and she swore to me that he wasnt. that the bruises were from falling cuz he was starting to walk.Well anyways they had this bastards trial last month & they charged him with 1st degree reckless homecide & felony child abuse.I wassuspeniod to go to the trial and it was so horrible to have sit there and hewhataht was all done to this baby i couldnt take it anymore so i went & sat out in the hall to wait for them to call me to testify.I felt like if i stayed in that court room any longer i would tried to jump on this guy and just beat the f*ck out od him.They figure was abusing the baby for about 5 months before he killed him.I feel like i shouldve been able to prevent it,or if i loved & cared more for him he would still be here.But when i would go to my nieces house and ask to have him for a night or two she would always come up with some excuse that he was sick or he was with someone else.But she would let me take the girl.Well anyways they sentenced this guy for 8 yrs in prison & 10 yrs supervision.He has been in jail for a year and a half and he is getting credit for that.So his family is going to have him back in like 6 1/2 yrs while our baby boy is gone forever.Then to top all this off,my niece was pregnant by this monster.She had a another boy who will turn one in january.I have always ,always loved babies.But its like when i see him &hold him i think about what his dad did to his brother and that if she never would have been with that bastard baby bill would still be here with us.I know that what happened was not this little guys fault he didnt ask to be born or to have the dad he does.My niece even after what has happened still just takes and drops her kid off to whoever will watch them.She does work &goes to school part time so next week i am going to take a class to become certified to babysit for her so then ill know they are going to be taken well care of.Im just worried that i wont love this baby like i did his brother.He is just a adorable little guy with lots of black hair and is just so sweet.Do you like i will have enough love in my heart to love this baby like i did his brother & the way i do his 3yr sister?I just want to be sure that no one is mistreating them thats why im going to babysit for them.Then to top all this sh!t off my niece is pregnant again!Shes due in march by this little punk loser who beats her! Answer: WOW...That's a lot to take in...You sound like you already love him, just give yourself more time. You are still hurt over what happened to the other little boy, and this new fella reminds you of him. We all love differently. I bet you love your own children in a different way to these one's, and you will love the little girl more cause you have had more time with her. There should be more people like you who give a damm. Others wouldn't get involved, just take it one day at a time and do what you can, your not super woman so give yourself a break and enjoy them when you can... good luck

could you ever forgive you mother?

i hate my mother so much...she allowed my father back into the family home after he had been jailed for sexually abusing my sister...then it happened to me also wen she took him back...i had a social worker til the age of 16 and was bullied by my siblings because of it. she always made it clear she wished she hadnt had any of her girls and told us regular...my brother was spoilt to death..she was always out drinking and we walked round in scruffs..all five of us were from different dads...i had to go live with her for a short time in my 20s and she snogged 1 of my boyfriends...she has never helped me with anything ever...im so jealous of people with proper mums...i cut her off a year ago wen she started making my daughter her favourite and completely blanking my little boy as tho hes not there...shes never worked and is now claiming disability allowance wen theres nothing wrong with her...i have rheumatoid arthritis and struggled for years to get help with it..she makes me so mad!!! i am pretty much over it...my hatred for my mother got worse when i had kids of my own...it gets 2 me more so now as i cant understand why any1 could ever put there kids in danger like that...and why her drink and men always came 1st...and how can you tell a child you wish you never had them...what angers me more is when i hear that people that are abusers ,use the excuse that they were abused..because to me if you have been abused you are more protective towards them and would never allow that to happen in any way or form..
Answer: I know where you are coming from. I have a very similar situation with my Mother and although she is my Mother, I can not stand her!! Due to her negligence, another family member ended up suffering at the hands of her hubby (who is my step-father) who is now serving time in jail for sexually assualting a young family member of mine. This is the 3rd time he has been accused since she married him. I know the hatred you hold for your Mom and I know how difficult it is to forgive her for things she has said/done in her life. I have walked several miles in your shoes! My opinion is this. I gave my Mom several chances and every time she let me down. She has hurt me more than any other person in my life and it hurts so badly because she is supposed to be the person that is supposed to love me more than anyone else in the world. Forgiveness is such a simple word and to those on the outside, they will say "forgive your mother" but it's so damn hard to do when you've been hurt. I don't know if I will be able to forgive my Mother. As I sit here in my 30's I can firmly say NO!! However, as time passes and years go by, I know that my hurt will not be as severe and perhaps in time, I can forgive her. People who know my situation say that the hate will end up controlling my life and that she will continue to have power over me until I do forgive her, but I don't believe that. I have a lot less stress in my life, since I cut my Mother out of it. My Mother used to have power over me, but not anymore. I am finally free. I think the key is to really search your soul and determine whether or not you are READY to forgive her. Are you ready to wash away what she has done/said to you and move on from this point....never to throw it up in her face again? If you can't answer yes, then you are not ready. I know I'm not!! Should we take his daughter away from her mother?

We just found out that my step daughter was molested when she was 5, in 2006. But this is whats tricky.....the moms exboyfriends son did it. They were all living together. they have since broken up in 2007. the son has some issues and went to a boys group home and admitted it to a theripyst in 2008. the ex boyfriend went to the police and made a report. (thank goodness he has a heart) he didnt have any information to contact the mother, EXCEPT her parents address and phone number. the mother is very unstable and has lived on/off at her parents for the last 7 years. the ex called and left several messages, i actually got ahold of him, the ex, and he siad he did tell the mother and he did tell her parents about what happened. the sheriff said she had tried several times, about 15 times in the last year anf a half to get ahold of the mother to no avail. I really have a hard time believing she doesnt know. I think she does know and just chose not to do anything about it. we would have found out and fought for custody. I found out by being nosy and digging arounf for domestic violence repports. I found this report just sitting there in the police dept. my dilema is.....we give her the benifit of the dooubt, say she doesnt know. we are still waiting for the phone call that my step daughter was molested from her. I have given the police, social services and the DA all the mothers contact information to finish investigating the report. my stepdaughtrer was molested and I will make sure it gets investigated and it is followed thru with. I want the mother to make the right desicion and call my husband like she should, or should have, to tell him whats going on. the sherif asked that we dont tell her in case she really doesnt know. But will she tell us? we want to just go get the daughter and bring her here to our home and fight for custody. i need some support and advice please from an outside source. we have fought for custody before, because the mother uses drugs, relocate often, new men the daughter calls daddy every 2 yeers. the new "daddy" has been to jail for drugs and has a current open family abuse case in another state. she hid the child from my husband and continually denies visitation, for 3 years now. we cant take it anymore, i feel so aweful for the child and my husband, he suffers every day worrying about her. we can finally start gathering a retainer to have our lawyer go back into court for us, we are several states away. please advise......give me your opinion. no matter what, the child needs counceling and the boy prosecuted to the full extent of the law, i dont care if you are a juvenile or mentally challenged, thats no excuse. his child support is current the mother refuses to speak with my husband, she will only talk to me most of the time. I have a friend that an addict,abusing his medical assistance, will he get caught?

My boy, which ive known now for close to 15 years just got out of rehab for the 7th time. He stayed clean for a few days shy of 3 months. In that time, he received medical assistance and trying to get disability just so he has an excuse to stay high, not work, and eventually die or end up in jail for a long time. The problem is that he has a family doctor, which doesnt know he is an addict and he talked her into giving him pain medicine, sleeping pills, and who knows what else. I just found out from his mom the other day that he is also going to a few free medical clinics in carroll county MD. I guess they just ask you if you have insurance and you say yes, and they take your word on it. They are also giving him narcotics. I know he will hate me but shouldnt I call his doctor and find out what clinics he is conning and tell them. The thing is, if they check after i call and see he has insurance when you cant be seen there unless you are unemployed, and obviously dont have insurance. I am scared he will get locked up for insurance fraud or doctor shopping. But, I dont want to get a call from his mom saying he just died. Please give me some advice

How could someone do such a thing like this? { LONG ARTICLE AHEAD} Man accused of locking family in trash-filled trailer LAVONIA, Georgia (CNN) -- A Georgia man is accused of holding his wife and children captive in a trash-filled mobile home for three years, police said Wednesday. Raymond Daniel Thurmond, 36, was arrested after police got a call from a woman at a local shelter August 4, Lavonia Police Lt. Missy Collins said. "She told me they had a mother and four kids and apparently theyd been kept at home and there was some abuse allegations and the dad wouldnt let them leave," Collins said. Collins said police were told that the family had been at the shelter for several days. When police got to the mobile home where the family was said to be kept, the conditions were so bad, Collins immediately ran behind an adjacent trailer to vomit, she said. Another officer had to put on a gas mask, she said. "You couldnt breathe," Collins said. "I have never in my life smelled anything like that." During the three years they were locked inside the mobile home, the family was allowed out only once: to visit Thurmonds wifes family in North Carolina, Collins said. The 9-, 12- and 13-year-olds never went to school, police said, but the oldest, a 14-year-old boy, might have attended the second grade. Thurmond, who has no criminal record, was charged with one count of rape, four counts of cruelty to children in the first degree and five counts of false imprisonment. He is being held in the Franklin County Jail. Thurmond hadnt been assigned one as of Wednesday afternoon. Police said they believe that Thurmond used intimidation to keep the family inside the home in northeast Georgia, about a mile from I-85. A CNN reporter saw signs of a hasp commonly used with a padlock outside one of the childrens bedroom and also on the front door. Another hasp was attached to the outside of the back door. Police said they were investigating whether padlocks were used to keep the family inside. Alma Medina, the property manager for the Beaver Creek mobile home park, had lived three doors away from the family for the past 2½ years. Medina said Thurmond was often late paying his rent but was very respectful. "A very nice guy, very quiet," she said. "He never bothered nobody." Medina said she put a note on Thurmonds door to pay the late rent by August 5. On August 6, after no rent was received, she sent her maintenance man to the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom trailer. He opened the door and came straight back, she said. "I want you to see this with your own eyes," she recalled the maintenance worker saying to her. "You better wear some shoes and gloves or something," Medina went in the trailer and found piles of trash everywhere: 4, 5 or 6 feet high, she said. Medina shot a video of the trash inside the trailer, including Diet Mountain Dew bottles, board games, cigarette boxes, frozen pizza boxes and piles of human hair on the kitchen floor. The laundry room was filled to the ceiling with trash, Medina said. "You cannot describe the smell," she said. "It was so strong it would knock you out." After Thurmonds arrest, the trailer was cleaned out, but yellow jackets swarmed around a Dumpster full of trash -- including a stroller, car seat and toys -- from the trailer. A horrible stench still lingers. Before the parks maintenance staff began cleaning, anthills were under a mattress in the master bedroom, maggots crept around the trailer and roaches roamed inside the fridge. "You cannot imagine someone lives, sleeps like that," Medina said. Sonya Savage, who shared a yard with Thurmonds trailer, said she lived next door for a year but saw a child on only one occasion and she wasnt sure if it was Thurmonds. Many of the neighborhood children play in front of her trailer, Savage said. "Usually, I got a yard full of kids, but Ive never seen any of [Thurmonds] kids come out and play," she said. When Savage heard about Thurmond, she said, she was shocked to find out there was a "sicko" living in her backyard. "It scared the crap out of me," she said. "I have a 4-year-old daughter." My sister was in a toxic relationship for six years. She has four children, one with the man from the toxic relationship. Their arguments were so bad at times that he once broke her arm etc. The kids really paid for this because my sister is legally blind. (very limited vision). She deals with depression and was scared to be alone with her disability. But the children cooped up all the time with some abuse and fighting constantly. A year ago her fiance left her. She was a mess. Her children were then treated even more poorly, She has since brought home 4 guys and I have heard all sorts of wonderful things from her children. Everything from her locking them out of their room for half of the day, her youngest is 4. While she is currently in the room with her new f@(# of the day. Currently it is a man who has been in and out of jail for the last 10 years. I am overly involved because she needs help with everything. ie. Groceries, getting kids to school, etc. So everyday she is late, and she makes me late. I am a very punctual person so this alone gives me anxiety like no other. Everything is when she wants it how she wants it , and I am supposed to shut up. so I take the kids out as often as humanly possible, because otherwise they would never get to do anything, as there is no effort made. She ships them off whenever possible, atleast 2 days a week sleepover and all. These children have never known stability and I try to offer them all I can in that area. I am so worried for their well being, that I didnt know what to do. So I approached my parents about maybe talking to her, or doing something. they turned around and verbaly bashed me for being such a bitch. For even thinking those kids shouldnt be there anylonger perhaps if it didnt get better for them. I pick her kids up for school. they get themselves ready and at noon when I go to take her daughter to school ...half the time she is not ready or her mom is still sleeping while she has free reign. Her 12 year old son is responsible for everything, if she gets in trouble its his fault, if anything goes wrong its his fault. Her house is such a pit the once light grey carpet looks like it is tye dyed with dirt, fly tape hangs everywhere, dishes are piled so high they have grown mold. The boys bed is duct taped together, and they are in flood pants and no jackets in winter, while she is dressed in the latest trends and has the makeup any makeup artist would be jealous to own. Everytime you hear her talk to them she is screaming her head off. She looks like a crack head ....eyes are half closed and she is covered in scabs. It is from her over using prescription drugs. My mother will go to the ends of the earth to defend her. so here is the dilema . I was raped a year and a half ago by someone I knew and I was impregnated. This man was related to some extremely scary people. So due to this I was afraid to report it. He questioned weather or not that baby was his. I kept the baby. I lied and said he was my husbands baby. Now I have been threatened by my family that if I cause any trouble they will cause some for me. I am at a loss....what would you do if you were me? I feel like my family who I held very dear to my heart has died, and these four children I love so dearly are doomed. Its a catch 22 because if I save them I sacrifice my son. I feel guilty because it is one person for four, but he is my son and I would do anything to protect him. I grew up with alcoholic parents that would have rather had a drink than buy groceries, so since 12 years old I have clothed fed and done what I can for these people, my sister is like my own child to me. And her children have been in my life daily since the day they were born. And they will continue to be as long as I can help it. I will not turn my back on them ,,,,I will continue to be there for them no matter what.
Answer: You need more help that you can get here. You can call Social Services anonymously and file a report on her. If things are as bad as you describe them, they will see it right away. Even if the kids get taken away, it might be best for them. If not, continue to put the kids first and don't make it about her.

speaking up for abused children?

This may seem like a no brainer, but I need some advice on how to talk to my brother and sister in law on how they shouldnt abuse their kids. They have two beautiful and healthy kids-or at least they were until they started getting abused... The abuse is pretty bad they do it in plain sight of everyone around them. For example pulling their diaper off and spaking them badly when they do something bad. or pushing them into a wall. Smacking their mouth 23 times in 2 hours for saying cuss words. They have so many bruises the little girl started having seizures a while ago, and the little boy makes himself throw up and acts like a bully I think as result of the abuse. The other day the little boy attacked me hes only 2 years old and when I told him to stop he tried to pull my pants down and spit on me. child protective services investigated the parents and they managed somehow to keep their kids by blaming the bruises and black eyes on rough housing while the kids are playing. I want to say something but whenever I do they say they are my kids and Ill do whatever I want. Their grandmother got into a fight with them for locking the little girl in a doorway because she wouldnt listen and the father started yelling and saying theyre my kids Ill do whatever the fuck I want to do. I was planning on leaving some literature around my house for when they come over so they will see it for example 10 reasons why abusing children doesnt work as a form of discipline but I think its a little too suddle...I dont know what to do. The kids are in bad shape. They also get cussed out regularly and even though their basic needs are met, they are by far taken care of. They are constantly wearing the same clothes every day and dirty and sick. I think the parents are mentally ill. What can I say that will be effective and get them to stop abusing the kids but at the same time they wont take the kids away from me because I still want to see the kids and have a relationship with them and Im afraid if I say something they might never let me see them again because they have done it before with other family members who spoke out or called child protective services on them. The upside is that they are always leaving the kids with other people like me or their grandmother and they are well taken care of in their hands. I dont know how they managed to fool child protective services over 3 times!!!! I have called before 2 years ago and they told me the case on them was already being investigated. Their grandmother called once, and so did neighbors and friends. What more will it take??? The woman is also pregnant again and her husband texted her and said you are getting abortion or I am pushing you down the steps (he abuses her too she also had him put in jail for abuse) I am lost here please help.... Its my brother in law im physically scared of him my sons father tried to talk to him also and he says he will stop and it will be okay but its like they just say that to get people off of their back. IN their minds the abuse is the only way to get their kids to behave. Child protective saw the little girl with a black eye and STILL didnt take her away! I dont know it seems like a lost cause but Ill keep thikning of things and never give up on them

Korean feminine gay boy forced to serve in army refused and going to jail.?

My life is unfair. I know life is unfair but my case is really special. But still there are even more unfair cases like being killed and starving to death and being tortured. I know that Im luckier than people that gone through those but I know Im really unlucky compared to those who have FREEDOM. I hate my country so much. I lived in foreign countries. Im more used to western foods and hate Korean food. I hate the people here are so abusive and brutal and savage how they swear as much as they can to look cool and it sounds really stupid. To get to the point. I was abused by my big brother everyday for hours. My parents didnt stop the abuse of my big brother. They did know it but didnt completely stop it. I called the police but they dont care for other family matters. Koreas rule no.1 child abuse is good as long as its their own child. I still have anger for my big brother. Rule no.2 females gets to not serve the army and not serve in any other way at all for the country because they are sexist. But males have to serve the army and absolutely no other office alternative ways of serving. Never. Only army. So by Koreas rule I get to get CHILD ABUSE and have that mental problem till now. And now I get to go to jail and will have no way to get a good job because of unfair criminal record. Or the other impossible option of serving in army will make me lose my humanity. It used to be gay people cant serve. If you dont serve, all males cant get a good career. Its like a criminal record even when it was because of health problem for males. For females, they dont have those problems at all. Now because of some weird people who wanted to serve to get a good job changed the rule and made gay people allowed to serve. Being gay was a mental illness few years ago. What is more unfair is there is no gay marriage in here. ANd yet males have to serve for their psycho country. I know most countries have alternative way to serve when its mandatory. Why none here ? and why sexist ? The laws are like made to make me suicide. They say because citizens are ASSETS of korea, if they try to commit suicide because serving is too hard, its a crime and will be sent to jail. Just how much of a slavery talk is that ? In the internet and most males in here think serving is good and those who try to avoid are evil. They tell them to cut their fingers if they want to avoid. I can sense their mental illness by the human experiment held on them by Japanese. I mean its your same countrys people. Why say "OUR" like you care for your people as group when you treat them like trash ? There is already over 100s of people sent to jail and more coming because of no alternative service. Some people have already cutted their own fking finger. And it seems like this is just another news report where nobody can help me. I hear they make you force to eat shit. Get beaten. Get starved. I have army phobia now. All army sounds very disgusting. They are trying to protect me with their lives ? Not in here. Psychological Guidance for Family Distress?

Ive had a miserable childhood so far. My mother raised two sons with a drug-abusing boyfriend who has been to jail countless times, rehab didnt help him. She could never get a high paying job, she struggled paying bills and being a single parent. She could never get ahead. Her father died four years before her first born. Her mother was the daughter of a wealthy family, a family that her mother thought would support her as she grew older. Her family unfortunately died weeks apart from eachother, each dying off one by one, until it was just her and her brother. Her mother favored her brother, and her brother received the fortune in the will and everything in the family name. My grandmother was left alone with no money, a family friend took her in to live with her. While my mom stayed at the house and lived on her own, eventually finding a boyfriend who she had two boys with. Fourteen years of conflict and police interference, my father eventually got in touch with his family in Texas, who took him in, so he left California to escape the temptations of drugs, for we live in a busy city. He eventually married a woman and took in three step children three years after leaving. My mother and brother live a horrible life, we have no money. My Grandmother does not cooperate, she is verbally abused by the man who took her in, he attempts to alienate her from her family. He claims we are nothing but drama, but she can not leave him because she is in his will and we could never thrive if she was on her own. We have no money for rent, my mom had to date a guy who helps pay half the rent. My Grandmother is retired obviously, she receives social securities checks once a month, for a grand. More than half that grand goes to the man she lives with because he paid off my mothers credit card debt, which was sixteen thousand dollars. My mom will never bring home enough money to ensure us a happy life, her boyfriend has anger problems and is not looking to better our existing family. My grandmother is unhappy, is abused verbally, sad, has no place to go other than living with the man, who is my Godfather by the way. He is tired of having to deal with our problems, he is tired of having to pay for our troubles, he has to loan his car to us because my mother has to loan HER car to her boyfriend because his car broke down, and they both need to drive to work. Whats there to do? And dont say talk things out, my Grandmother is stubborn and my Godfather never had kids, his wife died, his stepchildren resented him, hes grumpy, and were screwed, we always knew we were.
Answer: So sorry for what you've been through you don't deserve that, no one does. Your problems at home are too complex to solve on here. I can only suggest that you stay in school so you can one day qualify for a job that can pay for you guys to get out of there! In the mean time, (not trying to preach) but have you tried going to church at all? I know that's not the answer you're looking for but it REALLY DOES help. A wife and a husband married, had a boy, the wife and husband divorced, the mother got the custody of the child. The mother died in a horrible accident and the child went to live with the father, witness stated the boy was terrified to live with the father and the step mother. The boy was abused, torcherd. he said the family would wake him by pouring cold water on his head, whipped with a laso, burnt if he didnt have sex with his step-mother, foreced to stay up all night., theres more(dont have the space to type them all) The child rebelled, raged by the thoughts of the abuse and couldnt deal with the same shot and killed the family. The Jurors found him guilty, but had a second thought..wrote to the judge pleading not to sent the 14yer old to jail, but to a juvenile center for rehabilitation. The judge overturned the jurors original verdict and sentenced the child to 5 yrs in juvenile detention for rehabilitation. Thoughts I agree with the judge. As a parent, it is our responsiblit to mold and teach our children to be prepared for the future, his parents molded him to be a terrorist. his parents faild on him, so its the responsibilites of the society to help him to lead a normal life. I dont condone killing, but what happed was not his fault....
Answer: Haven't seen it but reminds me of Dave something's book a Child Called It. Now THAT really can affect the mind. It's scary what evil people can do to a child I have no sympathy for the parents he shot. I'm glad he's getting help someplace rather then just sticking him in jail.

I keep my cool nearly all the time. What happened was we fought over a cell phone because my dad was long distance and I needed the phone. She was calling her family to get her way with things and I was a bit afriad. So I felt I must have the cell phone. She threw a phone at me at one point and chased me for the cell phone. The officer was rude towards me didnt give me my Miranda rights. He took me to jail and said you know you are under arrest. Can he take me without saying why? Or with out asking my side of what happened? Her family never was fond of me and they made trouble soon as they had a chance. She didnt tell them to call she told me. I went to jail. She bailed me out the next afternoon. I thought we was cool going to work at our marriage. I begged her for us to do better. She fell in love with the guy I let her have sex with and seem not to want me or us to be a family any longer. She says I didnt threat her good any longer. But I seen her grow away as that guy was better and romanced her much better. Monday I urged her to bring our kids back from grandmas. She refused. She took Mark to grandmas saying she needed time to think. I told her she needed to decide if she is done with the other guy and she didnt want to do it. He came twice last time got out with his arms bent and noticed me at edge of cemetary before I decided to run to south view mall for security. 911 told me to go back that police cant help unless something happens to me. I called my father. I got him to come for me. I called her several times and she ignored me. I got hold of her and she stood by her decision of us leaving eachother. I told her she had one more chance to change this and be a family. I told her I would fight for custody. She than stated that the boys said I touched them there only 4 and 5. I wonder if this is going to be used. I told her this isnt true and she should know how they would tell us if they touched eachother because a short while back I caught Matthew and Michael exploreing each other and I told my wife about it. So I believe that is why they say things like that. Her family probably asked so they would say that but its not true. Mark when at the hospital had a burn from being at her grandmas. Seemed emotionally desturb from us parents. I was really worried. He cried alot at night. He is only 1 1/2. When my dad came she went to court without me knowing filed a protective order saying I hit her and verbal abuse her which is not true. We have had some arguements and our moments but never to much out of control. She has thrown some things at me and lost her temper a few times her self. I didnt ever try to harm her physically. I thought they may arrest me. This week I been at my dads we are clueless about what may happen. I am trying to figure the best interest of kids. Do they go with mother. Should I take all four under my wings if possible. Should she be asked to save our marriage she states I make her stay and not leave. But she gets to leave I just urged her not to. She says I get to many chances. I usually take blame at fault or not. The protective order was crazy because I didnt show violence towards her or kids. Hello everyone, I am concerned about my best friends family. They are legal immigrants when they moved here from Indonesia. They have been lived here for nine years. Few weeks ago, his dad was arrested by I.C.E and taken away from a family, mother and two brothers. Older brother is Deaf non-U.S citizen and little brother is U.S. citizen. My best friend attend Deaf school for almost 9 years and he wants to be U.S. citizen to help his family in Indonesia because in Indonesia, his grandparents and other families were very poor and cannot afford to pay medicines or food. He works hard through academic years and his goal to be environmental scientist or computer programmer to earn high salary to help but after his fathers arrest and forced to be deported by ICE, my best friend is broken-heart and lost hope. He is in grief to see his father in jail. One thing about his father, he did nothing to break a law in Indonesia. He is not criminal or law breaker. He always follow the laws such as paying taxes, writing formal resume and permission for job from government. His father is good man and father to his family. Something is wrong with government. Government promised to Indonesian community that they will check on criminal records on people and they will be allowed to stay for long time if no criminal records on them. It is wrong to arrest him without reason. My best friend is 17 years old and his mother went to see a lawyer to discuss about fathers case. A lawyer tries his best work to help family staying on America. One reason about not back to Indonesia, my best friend has experiences to be abused and hurt by Muslim people in Indonesia when he was young kid. I dont think so he will appreciate to go back Indonesia. He will have no chance to survive there. He is very kind and smart kid but he really want to do something. He plan to write a letter to President Obama to help him. I know President Obama is really busy but I wonder that my best friend can write a letter to President Obama. Please help my best friend and he is really afraid to lose everything if his father deport to Indonesia for 2 months. Thank you very much! It would appreciate to help my best friend. Answer: certainly, you can write the president. but it might do more good to contact a good immigration lawyer to see what if anything can be done at this point. I don't think the White House is going to be very helpful, unless you can show that this man has legal permission to be here.
