They say what goes around, comes around. And if what he was charged with in 1994 really did happen, then karma could be coming back up on him. He was arrested Thursday for armed robbery. Other serious felony charges are expected to be filed. He and six other men were arrested. O.J Simpson came out with that ridculous book about if he did murder his wife and her friend Ron Goldman, then that would be how he would have done it. That was such a heartless thing to write about. Even during the time period in which the murder case was in court, because their was black people just like today, who said and is still saying that O.J was guilty. So even they know it. Im the only witness of a shop robbery. Ive also been to prison. Will it be mentioned in court?

Ive just finished a short prison sentence of 4months which was for ABH. Before i went to prison i was working in a shop on my own which a robbery happened so im the only witness. Before prison the 3 men who did the robbery was arrested through dna and forensics. The trial starts in a few days. But im worried that in court my prison sentence will be brought up and will go against me somehow (like make me out to be a criminal etc) and the 3men will get away with it. They made my life hell after the robbery because i was attacked etc and i was in hospital for a few days with bruises etc and i havent been able to work since. Will my prison sentence stay out of the trial or will their solicitor bring it up if he finds out? Its worrying me because i know there is enough evidence against the men even though they are denying it. Can anyone advice me, its really doing my head in. Thanks. Ps. Im in liverpool uk.

Officers found the two in the apartment, where the alleged assault took place. Montgomery County police spokesman Cpl. Dan Friz told reporters: “Based on the information she provided and the location and description of the gentlemen and some of the contents in the apartment, the officers went right to the apartment, found the two guys in the apartment, locked them up.” Officers arrested Melquicide H. Sorto, 31, and Marcos R. Torres-Enriquez, 20, and charged them with second-degree rape. Both are being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $1 million bond. The victim said she first encountered the men in the afternoon, near the intersection of Piney Branch Road and Carroll Avenue when they yelled at her in Spanish. The girl, who does not speak Spanish, kept walking. Later, she was playing in a nearby park, when the two grabbed her and forced her into their apartment in the 8700 block of Carroll Avenue, where she says both men raped her. The little girl ran home and immediately told her mother. She was taken to a local hospital for evaluation and later released. Due to the heinous nature of the crime, police have notified Immigration and Customs Enforcement of the arrest, and are currently investigating a possible link to gang activity. Montgomery County police only report illegal aliens to the feds when they have been arrested for a very serious crime such as rape or murder. As Judicial Watch recently pointed out, illegal aliens arrested for burglary, simple assault, and most weapons violations are still not reported to ICE for deportation. Just as with any offender, bail is set for them and they are released back onto the streets to either commit more crimes in the county or to flee elsewhere. What can i do to get the police to help out?

so our fourwheeler was stolen and we (not smart) didnt have insurance on it and we filed a police report and they said "we will let ya know if we find anything" well the next day a guy came to me and asked me if my fourwheeler was stolen a few nights ago (weird seeming I havent mentioned it yet)and I said yes...then he fully described it to me and said his cousin hot wired it and then took it to his house where he was living and got kicked out for bringing home a stolen object. Later that morning this same man was arrested for previous robberies and so we notified the police the information we were randomly given and they STILL wont do anything about it. Is there anything I can do to get them to atleast LOOK at the mans house for it? Thanks to anyone who answers
Answer: If you told them that story and they won't get a warrant then its becasue they feel his statement is not enough to support probable cause. I would contact the man and offer him money to get the vehicle back. But notify the police and when he show up with the item they can charge him for receiving stolen property. You will get your vehicle back and not have to pay him. If you feel that he wasn't the one who stole it and you tricked him you can always drop the charge.

If the program had been in place all year, that number likely would have approached 1,700 people, he said. These offenders come from around the globe, though most are from Mexico and Central America, officials said. U.S. Census estimates place the number of Hispanics living in Charleston County at about 12,500 people, or about 4 percent of the population. But many local officials think the actual number is much higher. Sal Mineo was a young actor who was famous up until the time of his murder in the 1970s; stabbed in the back alley of his apartment complex. Many eyewitnesses and things still dont add up about what happened that night. However, it was said it wasnt robbery/money was not the motive as nothing was taken from him. A man was arrested for the murder but he claimed he dint even know who Mineo was which suggest a random killing but that doesnt seem likely. What do you think happened here?
Answer: Sal Mineo, now that takes me back. He was indeed homosexual and moved in the right and wrong places. I think it was premeditated, but will we ever know the true reasons. Robber who returned the money and apologized?

A teenager seen on video camera robbed a Dunkin Donuts one night and then came back the following night to return the money and apologize to the cashier. He wrote a note on the back of a piece of paper saying he was sorry for robbing her and said he knows he should not have done it. He then tried to give the cashier a hug. The young man was still arrested though. The robbery was at gunpoint so of course he could spend the rest of his life behind bars. There seems to be hope for this kid so what is a fair punishment in this case?
Answer: If this was his first offense, ninety days and three years probation. He is clearly remorseful and a long jail term will do him more harm than good. It could make him bitter. Sometimes a single action can affect the rest of your life or ruin your whole life.

White men do most of the Pedophilia and Child Porn arrests. A 65 year old white man was just arrested in Texas for possessing child porn. Black men do most rapes, car jacking and armed robberies. Asian men and white men equally do most cons/scams. Asians do this on a smaller scale, white men do this on a grand scale. Hispanic men do most of the tax evasion but we are all guilty here.
