I am seeking legal help...?

This person has done so much to me that I cannot even phantom. I wouldnt even do these things to my enemy. In early April of this year I found out that she was having an affair with a married man for 3 years and lied about it and I also found out that she was in the Lord Resistance Army in Uganda, so I said to myself that I could not associate myself with people like this. I began to distance myself at this time. Next thing I know the police calls me and told me that Edith filed a complaint about me stating that I called her home and threatened her life. He told me not to contact her. the police called the nursing home that we both work at and told the DOC to keep Edith and I apart. she made up two medication incident reports and had me fired. Edith has also works at the hospital that I used to work at and has told people that she is so afraid of me because i threatened her life and im a bad person. Last year she asked me to get a computer system for her because she was denied credit at Future Shop. She paid me some funds, but she owes me alittle more than $600. Ive helped this person so much when she was having her immigration problems. I had staff sign a petition at the hospital that I used to work at (she still works there) and wrote letters to with other people to keep her in Canada. Right now I feel so like Im not even a Canadian citizen with any rights. Ive tried since I spoke to the police officer to get information on the investigation, but he has never returned my messages. People now think that Im a liar and a bad person. Im a new graduate nurse and I have no clue about the judicial system. Can I press charges on her for puting in a false report and slandering my name at various workplaces? Can I also sue her for the amounts that she owes me for the computer system? I have saved all my receipts, even the receipts that I gave her when she gave me the few checks for the computer. I really want to get a lawyer for this, but I know that this will be costly. Will I be able to sue her for the amounts that I would have to spend in court? Any assistance with this will be very much appreciated.

Baby Boy "Berny": A Nationwide search is being conducted to locate the identity of a young boy who was found deceased in Maine. Facts of this case: On Saturday, May 14th, at approx. 1730 hrs., a local resident found the body of a young boy laying in a wooded area - deceased. This child was fully clothed and had no identification. He was found off of rural road (Dennett Road) in South Berwick, Maine, about 15 miles north of Portsmouth, N.H. It is believed he may have been there from 0730 hrs. until the time he was found. The Authorities ran a missing person check and not a single report of a missing matching his description was found in the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts. A computer enhancement has been done and the Police have sent this out across the country. The police believe he was deceased at least two hours before being left on the road. Autopsy results will not be made public at this time. Foul play is suspected but the authorities need to find out who this child is before they can figure out who may have harmed him. He does not have a name and I was having a hard time thinking of this angel with no name, so for this post, we shall call this young man "Berny" because this name means Brave. Answer: Paypal is NOT sending those emails, the original scammer is. Delete and ignore them. The scammer is only trying to scare you into sending him your cash. There is no buyer, no emails from Paypal and nothing legit in any of those emails from the scammer posing as a buyer and pretending to be paypal. Notice how the scammer doesn't call what you are selling by name? He uses the generic word "item", that is because he sends the same stock copy/paste email to anyone selling everything that he can find and he has no idea what you are selling and doesn't care. There is only a scammer trying to steal your possession, your electronic item, clothing or jewelry. The scammer isn't interested in your identity or bank account only in convincing you to ship your possession to him without him sending you a penny. The next email will be from another of the scammer's fake names and free email addresses pretending to be "Paypal" saying "kindly send the tracking number and we will release the funds". How can punishments like this be justified.....?

A "predatory" paedophile is believed be the first person convicted of raping a child who has never been identified. David Ernest Bye was jailed after admitting raping a girl under 13 and possessing more than 17,000 indecent images of children. The 43-year-old, of mid-Wales, was jailed indefinitely and must serve a minimum of five years in prison before he is considered for release. Merthyr Crown Court heard he groomed multiple victims and photographed himself raping one of them. The identity of the child has never been uncovered. Of the 17,000 or so indecent images of children found on the computer, Bye had taken 202 pictures of 10 different children. Ieuan Morris, prosecuting, called the defendant a "predatory paedophile" and "sexual pervert". He said Bye "secretly engaged in two known acts of sexual penetration with a prepubescent girl who was either asleep or for some reason not conscious, at night, in the isolation of his static caravan in Mid Wales". The matters came to light when Bye, who lived in Mid-Wales but worked as an accountant in Reading three days a week, had to call in IT support for a problem with his laptop. Bye was arrested by Thames Valley police on January 21, 2008. However, it was Dyfed-Powys Police who recovered a camera containing indecent pictures of children in his caravan and took over the investigation. Ian Ibrahim, defending, said Bye was "a man of some intelligence" who knew handing his laptop over to IT would lead to his being found out. Yup, you read that right: Reuters reported this week that a Vietnamese death-row inmate, held in solitary confinement for almost a year, has been found to be 11 weeks pregnant. Convicted heroin trafficker Nguyen Thi Oanh is now seeking a pardon from her death sentence by firing squad. (Reuters notes that in Vietnam, trafficking more than 600 grams of heroin is punishable by death or with a life sentence; Oanh was in possession of a billion dong, or $63,000, worth of the drug.) Most immediately, authorities are dealing with the mystery of how she became pregnant, since her husband is serving jail time in another province. Two guards have been detained in a police investigation, for allegedly "abusing their power" by allowing another inmate to stay in Oanhs cell. Another question, however, may throw pro-choice activists: What happens to Oanhs sentence? It is against Vietnamese law to carry out a death sentence on a pregnant woman or women with a child under the age of three, so her pregnancy may save her life. Thats good news for Oanh, but it raises some tricky questions: What is the justification for pardoning a pregnant woman on death row? Answer: The death penalty is a waste to begin with. One deserves to just suffer in prison. In my opinion a life is a life. A fetus is a human life. She should be pardoned because the childs going to grow up knowing that his/her mom was executed and they never got the chance to meet, etc. That can cause emotional issues etc. I do feel for men who have kids on the way or kids in general and are on death row. thats tough and it is unfair.

Im not sure if I should be writing about this online but I think Im going to kill myself and Im not being selfish or attention seeking as most people seem to be, I truely think I would be so so much happier on the other side, even if its a hell. I would call a helpline but Im scared Ill be overheard. Im sixteen and Ive been bullied throughout my life, through school into college and even at my work placement by a older guy. My mother is always screaming at me and my dad threatens me violently all the time, it truely makes my life hell. A short time ago I met a much older man online, someone older than my dad and we became really good freinds, which was all I wanted, so we arranged to meet up for a coffee so he came to pick me up from college, I got into his van and didnt suspect a thing until he pulled up in the middle of nowhere and forced me to have sex in the back with him while he held a knife to my throat. I was too scared to say anything to anyone for a good few days until I was sent to my tutor for not concentrating and I broke down and told her everything and she called the police. Now this big investigation is underway and they want me to tell my family, and if I dont someone else will because of my age, but it wont do any good?!!! :( itll make my life a million times worse than even what it is right now, Ive told them If anything is said Ill kill myself and now ive said it Im loving the idea of going into a big sleep with no more pain, but :(( what do I do??? Answer: I have been in a similar place, my parents were abusive (physically and emotionally), and I was molested by their best friend when I was a teenager. When I told my parents they told me not to be stupid and that I was probably dreaming. I felt betrayed by the people who should have been there for me. And I considered killing myself many times, because I thought "Wouldn't it be so much easier?". I didn't do it and I am glad everyday. I met a guy when I was 17. He was sweet and funny. He helped me realise that I was worthy of love and worthy of life. I am 24 now and I married that man and have tw beautiful little boys. I moved two states away so I never have to see my parents. We have a nice house, a nice life and his family are lovely people. No matter how bleak things are looking, I swear things can and probably will get better. They did for me. Have hope sweety.

Baby Boy "Berny": A Nationwide search is being conducted to locate the identity of a young boy who was found deceased in Maine. Facts of this case: On Saturday, May 14th, at approx. 1730 hrs., a local resident found the body of a young boy laying in a wooded area - deceased. This child was fully clothed and had no identification. He was found off of rural road (Dennett Road) in South Berwick, Maine, about 15 miles north of Portsmouth, N.H. It is believed he may have been there from 0730 hrs. until the time he was found. The Authorities ran a missing person check and not a single report of a missing matching his description was found in the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts. A computer enhancement has been done and the Police have sent this out across the country. The police believe he was deceased at least two hours before being left on the road. Autopsy results will not be made public at this time. Foul play is suspected but the authorities need to find out who this child is before they can figure out who may have harmed him. He does not have a name and I was having a hard time thinking of this angel with no name, so for this post, we shall call this young man "Berny" because this name means Brave. About Baby Boy "Berny": He was found to have been in healthy condition prior to his death.
